Waterfall Hike and Energy Renewal

Water is a powerful healing spirit. Forests and areas with water and waterfalls emit negative ions which have been proven to help you by reducing stress, regulating sleep patterns and mood, and boosting your immune system. During this hike we will share teachings of the water and engage in a ritual that will allow you to carry the good healing energy with you. We will also burn sage to cleanse away negative energy and welcome the good medicine.
